Once again, we were present at IFFA 2019. At Taberner, we have a strong international vocation, exchanging and fusing flavors from around the world. For this reason, we participated in the world’s #1 trade fair for the meat industry with a 105 m2 stand where we offered our visitors a unique experience.

Among the product innovations we exhibited at IFFA, we highlight the Clean Label by Taberner line (clean label products), as well as the new TaberVeggies range in response to consumers who opt for plant-based and vegan formulations. Versatile solutions for all types of minced, formed, and/or encased products, 100% plant-based and Clean Label.
In addition, we premiered other innovative products such as injection brine for refrigerated marinated meat to improve the juiciness of certain cuts of meat, respecting their natural color and improving preservation, with a phosphate-free version that was very well received in Frankfurt.
Specializing in the creation, application, and preparation of ingredient blends for the meat industry and with more than 65 years of experience in the sector, we have more than 1,500 references; products such as seasonings, functional ingredients, and additives with the highest quality standards governed by our international IFS and Halal certifications.
