We offer three main groups of food preservatives: antimicrobials, microbial growth inhibitors, antioxidants, and nitrifying agents.

Antioxidants

Fat antioxidants: prevent fat rancidity.

Lactaber: a blend of lactate and other microbial inhibitors. Broad-spectrum antioxidant and antimicrobial.

Antimicrobials

Tecnomic fresh 8G: effective microbial growth inhibitor and antioxidant based on organic acids.

Tecnomic L: a range of antimicrobials based on organic acids and other additives according to market needs.

Carnisol: a family of preservatives and antioxidants, sulfite-based, for the production of burger meat and fresh longaniza sausage.

Nitrifying agents

CONDISABOR MEET-CUR-6090: blends of plant extracts with a high content of naturally occurring nitrites and nitrates, without E numbers.

Nitrificante NC-2: nitrifying salt, nitrite only.
