MANUFACTURAS TABERNER SA, through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), from the European Union, as well as through the Centre for Industrial Technological Development (CDTI), as the public business entity responsible for the management and development of the technological innovation policy of the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness (MINECO), has obtained financial support for the execution of the project entitled “DEVELOPMENT OF INTEGRATED AROMATIC SOLUTIONS, DESIGNED FOR THE CREATION OF FIFTH-RANGE PRODUCTS ADAPTED TO SPECIAL PACKAGING.” with file number IDI-2018-0122
The main objective of the project is to develop a range of complete menus (starter, main course, and gluten-free bread) with optimal flavor, texture, and preservation, for culinary preparation using microwave treatment with Culidish® packaging technology. The dishes that make up these menus are formulated from powdered flavoring blends (under the Clean Label premise), free from allergens and reconstitutable in water. For the execution of this project, MANUFACTURAS TABERNER SA has received financial support amounting to €204,024.65.
