Chicken with Peppers TaberFood – V Range Recipe

In today’s post, we will prepare chicken with peppers using our Taberfood product.

The ingredient quantities are:

Chicken Quarters 10 kg

NR30521A TABERFOOD.03. 0.32 kg

Cold Water. 0.32 kg

Marinchef 0.50 kg

Process:

• Dissolve TABERFOOD.03. in the cold water.

• Incorporate the chosen MARINECHEF until a homogeneous paste is formed.

• Marinate the chicken quarters until they are well covered by the paste.

• Vacuum pack the marinated quarters in cooking bags.

• Cook at 95 ºC with 100% humidity for approximately 45 minutes.

• Reduce temperature and store at 2ºC / 4ºC until serving.
